GDIN Projects
GDIN2001
in Canberra, Australia confirmed that Pilot Projects are an
excellent way to illustrate the usefulness of emerging technologies
in the field of disaster management or to demonstrate GDIN
standards and procedures. These projects might be funded right
out of GDIN Fund or
are
paid by a donor. To be called a GDIN
pilot project, the effort must be blessed by the GDIN
Corporation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity.
